Pickleball at the Mall cuenta con 14 canchas recreativas bajo techo con aire acondicionado. Las líneas de marcación están en la superficie de cada cancha, que son sólidas y niveladas. La altura de las canchas es de 12 pies. Tenemos una tienda con bebidas, meriendas y equipo disponible para la venta o alquiler. También ofrecemos alquiler de mesas de tenis de mesa. ¡Te esperamos!.

Pickleball at the Mall has 14 indoor, air-conditioned recreational courts. The markings are on the surface of each court which are solid and even. The height of the courts is 12′ feet. We have a shop with beverage, snacks and equipment for sale or rental. We also offer table tennis rental. We are waiting for you!

Por medio del presente, reconozco que he decidido ingresar a las instalaciones de Pickleball at the Mall, ya sea como jugador, espectador, visitante o acompañante, y declaro que entiendo y acepto los siguientes términos:

1. Asunción de Riesgo: Reconozco que la práctica o permanencia en las canchas de Pickleball conlleva riesgos inherentes, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a: lesiones físicas, colisiones, caídas, lesiones por equipos deportivos, deshidratación o accidentes imprevistos. Entiendo y acepto participar voluntariamente asumiendo plena responsabilidad por cualquier riesgo.

2. Exoneración de Responsabilidad: Por este medio libero, exonero y deslindo de toda responsabilidad a Pickleball at the Mall, sus dueños, empleados, contratistas, representantes y afiliados, de cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida o lesión (incluyendo muerte) que pueda surgir como resultado directa o indirectamente de mi presencia o participación en las canchas.

3. Condiciones Médicas: Certifico que me encuentro en condiciones físicas adecuadas para participar o estar presente en las canchas, y que no tengo condiciones médicas que representen un riesgo para mí o para otros.

4. Consentimiento para Asistencia Médica: Autorizo a Pickleball at the Mall a buscar atención médica de emergencia en caso de accidente o lesión, entendiendo que seré responsable por cualquier gasto médico incurrido.

5. Uso de Imágenes: Autorizo a Pickleball at the Mall a tomar y utilizar fotografías, videos o cualquier otro medio audiovisual en el que aparezca, con fines promocionales, sin compensación económica.

6. Cumplimiento de Normas: Me comprometo a seguir todas las reglas, instrucciones y políticas del lugar. El incumplimiento podrá resultar en la expulsión inmediata sin derecho a reembolso.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND LEGAL WAIVER PICKLEBALL AT THE MALL

By this document, I acknowledge that I have chosen to enter the facilities of Pickleball at the Mall, whether as a player, spectator, visitor, or companion, and I declare that I understand and accept the following terms:


1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that playing or staying on the pickleball courts involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injuries, collisions, falls, injuries from sports equipment, dehydration, or unforeseen accidents. I understand and agree to participate voluntarily, assuming full responsibility for any risk.


2. Waiver of Liability: By this means, I release, waive, and hold harmless Pickleball at the Mall, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates, from any claim, damage, loss, or injury (including death) that may arise as a direct or indirect result of my presence or participation on the courts.

3. Medical Conditions: I certify that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in or be present on the courts, and that I have no medical conditions that pose a risk to myself or others.

4. Consent for Medical Assistance: I authorize Pickleball at the Mall to seek emergency medical care in the event of an accident or injury, understanding that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Use of Images: I authorize Pickleball at the Mall to take and use photographs, videos, or any other audiovisual media in which I appear, for promotional purposes, without monetary compensation.

6. Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and policies of the facility. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.
